Very tasty vinaigrette. I like that a couple of "sample flavors" were sent with my purchase.
Just what I was looking for! Sooo yummy! We have spent years trying to find a balsamic vinegar to replace the one we used, (but went out of business). My husband and I are so excited! A world renowned chef turned us on to a little known secret; he used a brand that was priced comparable to this one from ELLORA FARMS, but just as good a flavor and texture as balsamic vinegars priced over $100. When they went out of business, we thought we would never be able to afford a great quality balsamic vinegar again. UNTIL TODAY! This is wonderful! It's rich in flavor, not tangy. The texture is more towards a glaze. We can't wait to try the infused oned!
